Big Brother Naija Season 9 champion, Kellyrae, has expressed frustration over the constant financial demands from his family and friends.
The reality TV star shared that ever since he publicly mentioned giving his wife, Kassia, N55 million from his prize money, the requests for assistance have been relentless.
In a recent chat with media personality Hero Daniels, Kellyrae opened up about the overwhelming pressure and urged those seeking financial help to give him space to get his affairs in order.
“I was receiving calls from people close to us after I said I gave Kassia N55 million and they were asking for their own share of my prize money.
“I will like to say to everyone, I’m not a rich man yet please. The money is big but things are expensive. Even if it’s egg I want to buy, how many crates of eggs will I buy? Please allow a brother to settle,” he said.
Recall that Kellyrae took home an impressive N60 million cash prize and a brand new car valued at N40 million after clinching victory in the ninth edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show.
