Super Eagles midfielder Rafael Onyedika and his Club Brugge teammates have been knocked out of the UEFA Champions League following a 3-0 defeat to Aston Villa at Villa Park on Wednesday night.
The loss confirmed their elimination with a 6-1 aggregate scoreline.
Brugge, who had already suffered a disappointing defeat at home in the first leg, were unable to mount a comeback in England.
Their hopes took a further hit after they were reduced to 10 men following a red card.
