Arsenal returned to winning ways with a dominant 4-0 victory over 10-man Ipswich Town at Portman Road, but concern remains over Bukayo Saka after he was forced off following a heavy challenge.
Saka was on the receiving end of a dangerous tackle by Ipswich’s Leif Davis in the 32nd minute, which led to a straight red card.
The England winger received treatment on the pitch before continuing briefly. Manager Mikel Arteta later said Saka was “in a bit of pain,” but added the injury “does not look anything too serious.”
Leandro Trossard scored twice, with Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri also on target as Arsenal kept slim hopes of catching league leaders Liverpool alive.
