Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Benin Zonal Directorate, on Tuesday arrested 35 suspected internet fraudsters at different locations in Edo State.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in a statement on Wednesday, noted that the suspects were arrested based on credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet- related fraud.

Items recovered from them include nine exotic cars, smartphones, and laptops
The EFCC stated that the suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
