The Chairman of Tantita Security Services and former Niger Delta warlord, Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has thrown his full support behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, declaring him the only visionary leader capable of steering Nigeria’s economy to full recovery.
Speaking through Edgar Biu, Technical Adviser to the Presidential Amnesty Programme, at a Democracy Day press briefing hosted by the PBAT Door-2-Door Movement in Abuja on Friday, Tompolo lauded Tinubu’s economic reforms and pledged to mobilise 10 million grassroots votes for the President’s re-election in 2027.
“We believe President Bola Tinubu is the only leader with the vision and grit to steer Nigeria to prosperity,” Biu said. “His decisive actions have pulled Nigeria back from the brink. He is not aloof to the pain of ordinary Nigerians.”
Tompolo, who played a key role in securing Nigeria’s oil infrastructure through Tantita, also announced significant progress in the fight against oil theft and pipeline vandalism in the Niger Delta. He claimed the once-rampant sabotage of critical national assets has now been “largely contained.”
Economic Reforms and National Rebound
Highlighting the administration’s strides, Biu praised the Tinubu government’s ongoing efforts in stabilising the economy, including improved exchange rate management and fiscal discipline.
“Today, it is quite evident that, economically speaking, we are on a rebound. There are visible signs of recovery, from monetary policy to social welfare,” he added.
The PBAT Door-2-Door Movement, he said, will channel these achievements into a broad-based campaign to rally public support across local governments, wards, and polling units nationwide.
Tantita-Led Movement Targets 2027 Victory
“The movement is committed to building a robust support network for President Tinubu’s leadership. We vow to mobilise 10 million votes for his re-election in 2027, ensuring that his transformative vision resonates with every Nigerian,” Biu stated.

Also speaking at the event, the movement’s Protem National Coordinator, Sunday Adekanbi, echoed Tompolo’s message and praised Tinubu for redefining national leadership through bold reforms.
“In just two years, President Tinubu has redefined leadership with bold reforms,” Adekanbi said. “Nigeria’s oil production is now up to 1.61 million barrels per day, and investor confidence is surging.”
He highlighted key policy interventions such as the Naira-for-Crude initiative and the accelerated expansion of the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) programme as signs of a rejuvenated energy sector.
“At the current pace, we are confident Nigeria will hit two million barrels per day by the end of 2025 and reach five million by 2027,” he projected.
Door-2-Door: Connecting Tinubu’s Vision to the People
Organisers of the PBAT Door-2-Door Movement say the initiative is focused on deepening grassroots support for Tinubu’s reforms, fostering national unity, and promoting democratic participation ahead of 2027.
With backing from Niger Delta stakeholders and growing confidence in the administration’s economic agenda, the movement is positioning itself as a key force in the run-up to the next general elections.
