WWE Star Naomi Announces Pregnancy, Relinquishes Women’s World Championship

WWE superstar Naomi, real name Trinity Fatu, has announced she is expecting her first child with husband and fellow wrestler Jimmy Uso. The emotional revelation came during Monday Night Raw on August 18, 2025, marking a major milestone in her career and personal life.

The announcement was made through a video segment from Stephanie McMahon’s podcast ‘What’s Your Story?’ Where Jimmy Uso excitedly declared, “We’re pregnant, I mean, there is a baby on board!” Naomi, moved to tears, confirmed: “I’m pregnant and I’m having a baby.”

Inside the arena in Philadelphia, Naomi placed her Women’s World Championship belt in the center of the ring, confirming she would step away from competition.

“I’m gonna give you nine months and change,” she told fans. “Even if I come back breastfeeding with my baby in my arms, I’m coming back to pick up where I left off.”

The two-time Women’s World Champion revealed she discovered her pregnancy on August 10, describing it as a “miracle” after years of fertility struggles and medical challenges.

“This was something I thought might never happen,” she shared during the podcast.
