Former Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke, has congratulated fellow reality TV star and entrepreneur, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, on her successful Guinness World Record attempt.
Mercy, who won the Pepper Dem season of the reality show in 2019, took to her Twitter (X) account on Monday to celebrate Tacha’s accomplishment, describing it as well-deserved.
“I can’t wait for the big announcement my baby, you deserve it! @Symply_Tacha I owe you one❤️,” Mercy wrote.
Her post comes shortly after Tacha’s record-breaking attempt for the most makeovers done in 24 hours, held during her Tacha Beauty Festival at the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture & History in Lagos.

The event, which ran from October 10 to 12, saw Tacha perform makeovers on 150 models within 24 hours, a feat that has since garnered national and international attention.
Mercy’s public show of support has drawn praise from fans, many of whom commended the display of unity between the two stars, who were previously perceived as rivals during their time in the Big Brother Naija house.
Tacha’s team confirmed that documentation of the record attempt has been submitted to Guinness World Records for official verification.
