Media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has announced the launch of his new podcast, MENtality with Ebuka, which is set to premiere in one week.
The announcement was made on his Instagram and X accounts, where he stated:
“They said stop giving men podcasts, I didn’t listen… MENtality with Ebuka premieres in a week.”
The podcast will explore themes of manhood, identity, mental health, and societal expectations of men, offering a platform for candid discussions often missing in mainstream Nigerian media.
Ebuka, who is widely known for hosting Big Brother Naija and Rubbin’ Minds, described the show as an opportunity to examine “what men truly think, how they navigate pressures, and ways society can support their growth.”
