The summit, convened by Mr. Emma Eco, is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Banquet Hall in Yenagoa.

Proceedings kick off at 9:00 a.m., with creatives from across the state and beyond expected to attend.

Designed to inspire, connect, and empower, this year’s edition brings together an impressive cast of industry leaders and entertainers.

Among those expected are award-winning vocalist Timi Dakolo, Afrobeat sensation J Martins, renowned creative entrepreneur Sarian Martin, gospel music veteran Asu Ekiye, and cultural icon Izonebi Alfred.

Adding weight to the event is a lineup of high-profile guest speakers drawn from governance, public service, and the media.

Also billed to speak are Professor Nimibofa Ayawei, Secretary to the State Government of Bayelsa; Dr. Obinna Ezeobi, General Manager, Corporate Communications, NCDMB; HE Moses Siloko Siasia, Chairman of Moscow Group and Heritage Times; and Dr. Daniel Iworiso-Markson, Publisher of FirstDaily Newspaper.

With its focus on capacity building and strengthening institutional pathways for creative growth, Bayelsa Creatives’ Converge 2.0 aims to deepen opportunities for talent development and bolster the region’s expanding creative economy.

As the countdown continues, expectations are high that the second edition will further cement Bayelsa’s growing reputation as a thriving hub for creative innovation and cultural expression.
