Police operatives have arrested four suspected kidnappers and uncovered a network of collaborators linked to the abduction of ten people between Koso Likoro and Soba villages in Mashegu Local Government Area of Niger State.
According to intelligence sources quoted by security analyst and counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, on Friday, the suspects were traced to a hideout around the Ibbi Forest, where a coordinated operation led to the arrest of three key figures identified as Sanda Dan, Mallam Wantau, and Atiku.
During preliminary interrogation, the trio reportedly confessed to involvement in the abductions and named several accomplices.
Those implicated include Buba Maiyara, Mantile Alh Majo, and Bilya Musa Baushe—all residents of Koso village.
