US Rep Hails Trump Visa Ban for Terror Financiers

Representative Riley Moore, serving West Virginia’s Second District, has publicly endorsed the United States’ recent move to impose diplomatic penalties on individuals fueling instability in Nigeria. The Congressman identified the initiative as a pivotal initial move toward justice.

The legislative endorsement follows a declaration made on Wednesday, the 3rd of December, 2025, by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The Trump administration confirmed that it intends to implement strict visa limitations targeting any individuals who “knowingly direct, authorize, fund, support, or carry out violations of religious freedom”.

Taking to his official account on X (formerly Twitter), Rep. Moore commended the policy, which specifically aims to curb the actions of those inflicting violence upon the Christian community in Nigeria. He emphasized that the era of impunity for Islamic extremists and their enablers is drawing to a close.
