Tonto Dikeh, Churchill Confirm Reconciliation, Pledge Peaceful Co-Parenting for Son

Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh and her former husband, Olakunle Churchill, have publicly confirmed a reconciliation, signalling an end to years of acrimony and a renewed commitment to peaceful co-parenting of their son, King Andre.

Churchill made the disclosure in a heartfelt post shared on his Instagram page on Sunday, where he also posted a photograph featuring the actress and their son. In the post, he revealed that he was deeply moved after receiving a phone call from King Andre for the first time and hearing him call him “Daddy,” describing the moment as emotional and faith-affirming.

Reflecting on the long-running public dispute that defined their separation, Churchill attributed the reconciliation to faith, humility, and forgiveness. He said the resolution of their differences has brought clarity and peace, allowing both parties to focus on the well-being of their child.

“The conflict is behind us,” he wrote, noting that they are now committed to raising their son with love, care, and mutual respect. He also expressed gratitude to Tonto Dikeh, describing her as “the amazing mother of my son,” and thanked her for her role in nurturing King Andre.

The development comes a day after Tonto Dikeh shared an emotional post on her own Instagram page, where she spoke about healing, restoration, and divine intervention after what she described as a decade of personal battles and broken communication.
