Trump’s Top Aide Wiles Battles Breast Cancer, Vows To Keep Working

Susie Wiles, Chief of Staff to U.S. President Donald Trump, has been diagnosed with breast cancer but said she will continue performing her duties while undergoing treatment.

In a statement on Monday, Wiles, 68, said the cancer was detected early and that doctors have given her a strong prognosis. She noted that nearly one in eight women in the United States face a similar diagnosis.

Despite the diagnosis, Wiles said she plans to remain active in her role, working “virtually full time” as she begins treatment.

President Trump praised Wiles, describing her as resilient and dedicated. He said she would soon be “better than ever” and highlighted her contributions to his political resurgence and the 2024 presidential campaign.
