Nollywood veteran Kate Henshaw has highlighted the importance of women’s health, particularly menopause and hormonal changes, during the 2026 Continuing Education Conference of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter.
Speaking at the event, Henshaw shared her personal experience, saying, “I never knew the symptoms and effects of Menopause until just after age 50, when I realised that what I was feeling in my body were actually menopausal symptoms.”
She stressed that wellness goes beyond appearance and requires awareness, consistency, and evidence-based support for hormonal changes.
