Real Madrid Reach Full Agreement With Mourinho, Benfica Ahead Of Stunning Return

Real Madrid have reportedly completed agreements with José Mourinho and Portuguese giants Benfica over the veteran manager’s anticipated return to the Santiago Bernabéu.

According to reports, all terms surrounding Mourinho’s departure from Benfica have already been finalised, while the former Chelsea and Manchester United boss also reached a full agreement with the Real Madrid hierarchy over 10 days ago.

The deal is said to be sealed, with no outstanding issues between all parties involved, as both Mourinho and the Spanish club are now only waiting for the completion of the club’s presidential election process before the appointment is formally announced.

Sources close to the development claim there are “no doubts or problems” regarding the agreement, with preparations already underway behind the scenes for Mourinho’s arrival in Madrid.

The Portuguese tactician, famously nicknamed “The Special One,” is also believed to have begun discussions with the club’s management over transfer plans for next season.
