Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya has officially assumed office as the 33rd President of the Nigerian Bar Association.
She was inaugurated on Friday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, taking the oath of office administered by her predecessor, Afam Osigwe, SAN.
The ceremony brought together senior members of the legal profession, including prominent figures from the Bar and Bench.
As part of the transition, Osigwe formally handed over the leadership of the association to Badejo-Okusanya and presented her with a handover note.
The former NBA president, in his farewell remarks, officially welcomed his successor to the position, marking the end of his tenure.

Badejo-Okusanya’s inauguration ushers in a new administration of the NBA, with her taking responsibility for leading the country’s foremost professional association for lawyers.
