Professor Duro Ajeyalemi, retired professor at the University of Lagos and Registrar, Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board, has died of COVID-19 complications.
Ajeyalemi, who was also a Dean of Students Affair of the same institution, died at 70. He retired from the university in November 2020.
Professor Ajeyalemi died nearly three days after a former Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Prof. Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe, died of complications from COVID-19.
