Buhari appoints Buba Marwa new NDLEA DG

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of former Military Administrator of Lagos state, Brigadier General Mohammed Buba Marwa, (rtd) as the New Director-General of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency.

Marwa was until his appointment the Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Drug Abuse.

He retired from the Army after serving as the governor and military administrator of Borno and Lagos states, respectively, under the regimes of Generals Ibrahim Babangida and Sani Abacha.
