Another five students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Mando in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State are said to have regained freedom feom bandits.
The bandits, had about three days ago also set free five of the students. With the latest development, 10 of the students had been freed while 29 are still in the bandits’ den.
According to Punch report, one of the parents of the freed students, confided in one of the newspaper’s correspondent in Kaduna on Thursday evening that the released students were on their way to the hospital.
“We learnt that security operatives had gone to the Giwa axis of the state to pick up the students. We don’t know the hospital they are being taken to at the moment,” he said.
The state government had on Wednesday handed the five abducted students released earlier by the bandits over to their parents at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House, Kaduna.
