Nigeria Labour Congress has threatened to resume mass action in Kaduna State.
NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, made this threat while addressing journalists in Abuja shortly after an emergency National Executive Council meeting on Tuesday.
Wabba said the congress was constrained to take the decision after exhausting all avenues to amicably resolve the issue.
Wabba said part of the efforts they made was writing letters to President Muhammadu Buhari and Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, which he said failed to yield any positive results.
He said workers across the country have been mobilised to resume the suspended mass action.
Wabba said labour took the action after Governor Nasir El-Rufai refused to honour the last Memorandum of Action.
