A popular gospel music singer and one of Ajogbajesu Twins gospel music band, Tope, is dead.
Half of the group, Jide, in a post via the band’s official social media platform, said Tope died this weekend.
“With a painful regret that I am informing you that we lost our beloved one, Tope Ajogbajesu,” he posted.
Tope is said to have died as a result of a protracted illness.
The Ajogbajesu twins made their debut with a hit album ‘Winner’ in 2004. The duo are known as twins but are not really biological twins.
