How Wizkid concert tickets at O2 arena got sold out in 12 minutes

Popular Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim, fondly called Wizkid, has busted out with excitement as the tickets for his upcoming concert at the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena in London were sold out within 12 minutes.

The father of three announced on his social media handle that the tickets got sold out in just 12 minutes after it opened on O2 Arena’s site.

“Sold out the 02 Arena in 12 minutes. London! I love you,” he captioned the flyer of the show scheduled to hold on November 28, 2021.

Wizkid and his manager said, “This feeling is undeniably insane. Wizkids sold out the O2 Arena in 12 minutes. Absolute madness .”

Sony Music UK social media handle also responded to Wizkid’s claim saying, “Legendary behaviour.”

O2 Arena is yet to verify the claims as the social media handle of the concert hall is still promoting the sales of tickets to the concert.

Meanwhile, Wizkid’s fans are already clamouring for a second date of the show at the same venue following the claims that the tickets have been sold out.

The talented singer is Africa’s music act to sell out tickets for the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena in London in 12 minutes.

Also this is the third time Wizkid will be selling out O2 Arena, the world’s busiest music arena.

This would also be the sixth time he would be performing at the prestigious venue.
