Liverpool superstar and Three Lions midfielder, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and his long-term Pop singer girlfriend, Pierre LouiseEdwards welcome “Baby Ox” to the world.
The partners made their relationship public in February 2017 and coincidentally Liverpool signed Chamberlain from Arsenal on August 31st that same year for a £35 million fee.
Chambo as he is popularly called by fans, players and coaches was left out of the Red’s victory against the Clarets due to ‘personal reasons.’
The 28 year-old Portsmouth born midfielder together with his partner confirmed on their Instagram pages on Sunday morning to have given birth to the couple’s first child. They shared black and white photographs of the baby’s hands and feet.
Perrie stunned her fans on her Instagram page in May when she revealed her baby bump with a caption of: “so happy to be on this wild journey with my soulmate. Me + Him = You 🌎♥️ We can’twait to meet you baby Ox!”
Chamberlain has not had the best of times at Liverpool as he has been consistently hampered by injuries and has been able to manage just 13 goals. Perrie on the other hand is a member of the British girl group Little Mix. The band was formed in 2011 on the eighth series of The X Factor and became the first band ever to win the show.
