Popular Nigerian disc jockey Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, fondly called Dj Cuppy, and a colleague, Ominiyi Temidayo Raphel, better known as Zlatan have settled their rift as they performed together in London during his show.
DJ Cuppy shared a video on her social media page where she astonished Zlatan on stage. The duo later performed their hit single ‘Gelato’ on stage.
Recall that earlier in the year, the billionaire’s daughter and Zlatan stopped talking. According to her, Zlatan blocked her on Instagram, WhatsApp and Twitter for over 10 months.
Also, when Zlatan was asked about the rift between the two of them, the father of one stated that he did not know her.
“Is that an artist?” he said. When asked if he doesn’t know Cuppy, the rapper responded by saying ”I don’t know her.”
DJ Cuppy later tweeted, “For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers…
However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation! See you in court Isreal.”
IsrealDMW later tendered a public apology to Dj Cuppy and she dropped all the charges against him.
