House of Representatives member representing Biu/Bayo/Shani/Kwayakusar Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rt Hon Muktar Berata Aliyu, says he’s the most qualified among all aspirants vying for the Speakership position.
Muktar, who is a fifth-time member representing his constituency, said his wealth of experience from 2007 to date will never be a waste, but will be utilized very well as a Speaker of the House.
Muktar is currently the Chairman House committee on the appropriation of the 9th Assembly and made six consecutive tenures in the House, revealed while in Yola airport on his way to Jalimgo for a condolence visit.
The lawmaker led a delegation of other lawmakers across the country to pay a condolence visit to the family of the Late Isma’Ila Maihanchi.
He said the visit became necessary to encourage the people of Taraba State and his immediate family because every living soul shall certainly taste death.
He said he has part of the good leadership in him that he will exemplify if God will make him to be the next Speaker of the 10th Assembly of the green chamber.
He promised Nigerians a good rod of leadership to handle in making sure that every constituency has their voice fully represented through their representative.
