Actress Etinosa Idemudia has undergone a mummy makeover and unveiled the results in a video posted on Instagram on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The Nollywood star shared clips from the procedure, including her before-and-after looks, with the caption: “Another win against PCOS. Celebrating my successful mummy make over,” while tagging @officialheritagemedandspa, the clinic where it was carried out.
The video showed the actress preparing for surgery, undergoing treatment, and later revealing her post-operative look.
She explained that the makeover was part of her effort to manage polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal condition she has spoken about openly, calling the procedure a personal victory and a confidence boost.
Idemudia, who turned 40 earlier this year, has been vocal about the challenges of motherhood and body image.

Her decision to publicise the makeover adds her to a growing number of Nigerian celebrities who have shared their cosmetic surgery experiences, sparking wider conversations about health and self-image.
A mummy makeover typically combines procedures such as liposuction, tummy tucks, and fat transfers designed to help women restore their body shape after childbirth. In Idemudia’s case, the video confirmed liposuction and fat transfer as part of the process.
The post quickly attracted reactions from fans and colleagues, with many commending her courage and applauding the results of the makeover
