Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu has appealed to Nigerians for financial assistance as she battles an undisclosed illness requiring three life-saving surgeries estimated to cost ₦30 million.
The actress made the appeal in a heartfelt post shared on her Instagram page, saying she had struggled with the illness for some time but could no longer remain silent about her condition.
“My fans, friends, family and colleagues, this was really hard for me to do, but I can’t keep quiet anymore. I need urgent life-saving surgeries,” she wrote.
Nwosu disclosed that the total amount required for the surgeries is ₦30 million and appealed to members of the public to support her treatment.

The actress also directed well-wishers to contact her legal representative or management for further details regarding the appeal.
Although she did not disclose the nature of the illness, Nwosu described the surgeries as urgent and necessary for her survival.
