Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Monday visited ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo at his hilltop residence in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Atiku, who served as Obasanjo’s deputy from 1999 to 2007, was accompanied by former Cross River Governor Liyel Imoke and ex-Sokoto Governor Aminu Tambuwal.
While details of the meeting remain undisclosed, it comes as opposition politicians strategise for the 2027 presidential election.
