Toyin Lawani, a well-known designer, has apologised for her involvement in the contentious reality series Real Housewives of Lagos.
The mother of three described the show as a “joke” and claimed she is still in disbelief that she was in it.

Recall that the reality show took a contentious turn in season two when a few stars accused Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo of encouraging bullying.
In defence of herself, the mother of two asserted in a statement published on her Instagram profile that the programme was written and that, although she had chosen to play the villain, however, her co-stars were giving the impression that the show was based on “real life.”
