Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has reaffirmed his commitment to transforming the state into a thriving hub for investment and economic prosperity.
Determined to foster a business-friendly environment, he has taken bold steps to reverse policies that previously hindered growth.
Dr. Bashir Ibrahim Garba, the Director General of Kaduna Geographic Information Service (KADGIS), shared this development with newsmen, revealing that the governor has reinstated land titles revoked by the past administration of Nasir El-Rufai.
Among these reinstated titles are the four belonging to Fifth Chukker Resort Limited, a move that underscores Governor Sani’s resolve to encourage business expansion and economic activities in Kaduna.
Highlighting the significance of this decision, Garba described Fifth Chukker Polo and Country Club as a prestigious establishment along Jos Road, renowned for its vast and tranquil setting.
The club is a major attraction, hosting numerous polo matches, tournaments, and high-profile events that draw international spectators.

Beyond reinstating land titles, the administration is also committed to resolving lingering land and property disputes. Garba emphasized that efforts are underway to develop an efficient land administration system that serves the people’s best interests.
He expressed optimism that this initiative would pave the way for rectifying past revocations carried out without due process. By addressing these land issues, the government aims to create an investor-friendly climate that will accelerate socio-economic development across Kaduna State.
Garba urged Kaduna residents to remain law-abiding and patient as the administration rolls out people-centered land reforms designed to enhance their welfare and unlock the state’s economic potential.
