Nigerian-born sprinter Favour Ofili has officially confirmed her decision to represent Turkey in international competitions.
The 22-year-old speedster, who specializes in the 100m, 150m, and 200m races, made the announcement on Monday through a post on her X account.

Speculations had emerged as far back as July that the Port Harcourt native was considering the switch, with reports linking the move to her strained relationship with Nigeria’s athletics authorities.
