The South African Football Association (SAFA) and Bafana Bafana midfielder Teboho Mokoena are facing disciplinary action after FIFA confirmed the opening of proceedings against them.
In an official communication to SAFA dated 15 September 2025, FIFA outlined charges alleging multiple breaches of its disciplinary regulations.
