Popular Nigerian actress and model, Annie Macaulay, has reverted her name on Instagram back to Idibia, the surname of her estranged husband, the singer 2Face.
The mother of two made this move on Thursday, the 4th of December, 2025, a timing that has generated significant curiosity, as it coincides with the highly publicized marital drama currently unfolding between 2Face and his new wife, Natasha Osawaru. This development came without any accompanying explanation from the actress.
The name change follows a sequence of public incidents involving the singer and Natasha. Just hours priorď , a video began circulating that appeared to show 2Face being arrested and handcuffed in London after engaging in a heated altercation with Natasha.
The conflict escalated further shortly after the viral clip emerged, when 2Face was physically assaulted while participating in a social media livestream hosted by broadcaster Daddy Freeze. Moments before the stream was abruptly cut off, the singer could be heard asking Natasha, “What is your problem?,” just seconds before she grabbed the phone from him.
