An unknown number of Nigerian soldiers have reportedly lost their lives after the Lakurawa terrorists’ attack in the Girinmasa area of Yauri Local Government Area in Kebbi State.
The incident was disclosed in a post shared on X on Tuesday by security analyst, Bakatsine.
According to the post, suspected Lakurawa fighters launched the attack on troops stationed in the area, resulting in casualties among the soldiers.
Bakatsine wrote, “Today, the Lakurawa terrorists killed several Nigerian soldiers in Girinmasa, Yauri LGA of Kebbi State.

“May Allah have mercy on the fallen heroes and bring to an end this insecurity ravaging Nigeria.”
As of the time of filing this report, military authorities have not issued an official statement regarding the attack.
