The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially released its timetable and schedule of activities ahead of the 2027 general elections, outlining key processes leading to the party’s primaries.
The schedule, signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, details timelines for critical stages including screening of aspirants, appeals, and the conduct of primary elections. It also provides guidelines for the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms.
According to the party, the timetable is designed to ensure an orderly and transparent process as preparations gather momentum for the next electoral cycle.
In a statement issued by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the ruling party reaffirmed its commitment to credible and inclusive primaries.

“The APC reassures members, stakeholders, and Nigerians of its commitment to conducting a credible and transparent primary election that will further strengthen the party’s internal democracy and consolidate its progressive ideals,” the statement read.
