Court Orders Forfeiture Of Aisha Achimugu’s N4.6bn Jewellery, N4.3bn Luxury Cars, $50,000 To FG

An Abuja High Court has ordered the final forfeiture of assets linked to businesswoman Aisha Achimugu, including jewellery valued at over N4.6 billion, 11 luxury vehicles worth N4.293 billion, $50,000 and N30 million in cash, to the Federal Government.

Justice Jude Onwugbuzie of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Apo, Abuja, issued the order on Thursday, July 16, 2026, while delivering judgment on an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The forfeited assets comprise jewellery valued at N4,645,170,294.90, 11 exotic vehicles worth N4,293,000,000, $50,000** in cash and an additional N30 million.

The EFCC had sought the final forfeiture of the properties, alleging they were linked to unlawful activities.

With the ruling, ownership of the assets has been transferred to the Federal Government.
