Igbokwe Warns Opposition Against Underrating Tinubu Ahead 2027

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Joe Igbokwe, has warned opposition politicians challenging President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election against underestimating the President’s political strength and support base.

Igbokwe, who has consistently predicted victory for Tinubu over opposition figures including Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, raised the concern in a post on his official Facebook page on Monday.

The APC chieftain said he was worried that opposition candidates were failing to appreciate Tinubu’s political capacity, religiously described support and the size of his followers.

“I am worried about those who are challenging PBAT. They are underrating his capacity, the grace of God following him and the unlimited followers,” Igbokwe wrote.

He further claimed that the election could be decided early if supporters of the President turned out in large numbers to vote.

According to him, “If all Tinubu’s supporters move to vote that day, I can tell you that by 12 noon it will be over.”

Igbokwe described Tinubu as “an enigma” and urged those seeking to challenge the President to recognise his political strength ahead of the 2027 poll.

“PBAT is an enigma. If you know, you know,” he added.

Tinubu is expected to face opposition candidates in the 2027 presidential election as political parties intensify preparations ahead of the poll.
