Jide Valentino Sanya, a Nigerian young man who dropped out of school in England has taken to social media to thank David Adeleke aka Davido for partly funding his university education in Nigeria.
According to Jide who just graduated from the Afe Babalola University, the money from the Gofundme Account created after he dropped out in England helped him to finish his studies in Nigeria.
The young man graduated with a first class in Electrical Electronics Engineering from a private University, ABUAD.
“Uni timeline Folded hands – left England because money no Dey Lagos – mentor sets up a gofundme for uni – @davido dropped funds to support my fundraiser (thanks to Twitter folk Red heart) – Resumed ABUAD and survived Nigerian education – first class EEE #ThankYouJesus,” Jide tweeted.
Davido responding wrote, “Crazy !! Happy for you.”
Davido is a philanthropist and this is not the first time he is doing this. He often helps people when the need arises.
