A former Minister of Youth and Sports, Barrister Solomon Dalung, has described the All Progressives Congress as a failure, saying that the ruling party failed to fulfill its promises to Nigerians.
Dalung, who served as Sports Minister during President Muhammadu Buhari’s first term, regretted that the APC failed to deliver positive change to Nigerians since assuming power in 2015.
The former minister who stated this when he spoke to BBC Hausa at the official launch of “The New Movement” in Abuja, added that Nigerians remained disappointed with what the APC-led government had offered them.
Noting that Nigerians are sufferings in all spheres of life, Dalung accused the APC government of deteriorating the existing situation of things in the country.
The Plateau State-born politician added, “The truth must be told that the APC as a party did not fulfill the promises it made to Nigerians.”
