A fertiliser-laden truck has toppled at the same spot where the Abuja tanger explosion occurred along the Abuja-Keffi expressway.
This is coming barely 24 hours after a CNG-laden tanker exploded near Karu Bridge in Abuja on Wednesday night.
Confirming the incident, the Head of Public Affairs at the FCT Emergency Management Department, Nkechi Isa, stated that the truck collided with a Hijet and a dump truck.
“Fortunately, no lives were lost in the incident,” she added.

Isa urged motorists to exercise caution on the busy route as the Federal Road Safety Corps works to clear the affected vehicles and prevent further traffic congestion.
First News on Wednesday, reported a similar incident of a Compressed Natural Gas tanker explosion near Karu Bridge that claimed many lives and destroyed many vehicles.
