Nigeria’s largest airline, Air Peace, will end all night‑time regional flights and operate exclusively during daylight hours from Feb 2, 2026.
The move is aimed at improving passenger convenience, reliability and regional connectivity.
The airline said the new schedule will replace overnight departures with daytime flights, allowing smoother connections with domestic services and long‑haul departures from its Lagos hub.
Key regional destinations, including Accra, Abidjan, Dakar, Banjul, Monrovia and Freetown, will operate on selected days of the week.
Air Peace said the transition will enhance on‑time performance, passenger comfort and support business, government and leisure travel across West and Central Africa.

Additional regional routes, including Douala, Libreville, Kinshasa, Conakry, Bamako and Johannesburg, are expected to launch before the end of the first quarter of 2026.
Passengers with bookings beyond Feb 2 will receive updated schedules and are advised to confirm details with their travel agents or the airline’s official channels.
The change marks a strategic shift in Air Peace’s operations, reinforcing its position as a leading regional carrier and improving travel experience across its network.
