Former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye, has warned the All Progressives Congress (APC) that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) will resist any attempt to intimidate the opposition or manipulate the 2027 general elections.
Melaye made the declaration on Monday during an interview on Arise Television’s Prime Time, following an ADC stakeholders’ meeting.
He accused the ruling APC of using security agencies and state institutions to harass and intimidate opposition members ahead of the elections, insisting that the ADC would no longer tolerate such actions.

According to him, the party is prepared to defend its votes and resist any attempt to rig or manipulate the electoral process.
“All Die Na Die, we will defend ourselves in 2027. The ADC will not allow the APC to continue intimidation. We are ready to defend every vote,” he said.
The former lawmaker also claimed that Nigerians were dissatisfied with the administration of President Bola Tinubu, citing hunger, insecurity and what he described as bad governance.
He said the ADC was preparing for the 2027 elections and called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to remain neutral and ensure that the polls were free, fair and credible.
