The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, arraigned Dr Tersoo Joseph Loko, former Chairman, Benue State Independent National Electoral Commission, BSEIC.
The anti-graft agency made this known in a statement shared on its Facebook page on Wednesday.
According to the statement, the suspect was arraigned alongside ten others before Justice M. S Abubakar of the Federal High Court, Makurdi.

The Commission noted that they were arraigned for an alleged N1,100,000,000 fraud.
