. Picks him up in Kano
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, on Monday, arrested the Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, over alleged N80billion fraud.
It was learnt that EFCC operatives picked up Idris in Kano.
As of the time of this report, details of the Accountant-General’s arrest remained sketchy.
But the EFCC, in a statement on Monday, said Idris is being probed over alleged misappropriation of funds totaling N80 billion.
