Following the ruling of a High Court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Friday, the All Progressives Congress can now go ahead with its national convention slated for March 26 without any hindrance.
The court, presided over by Justice Bello Kawu, vacated an order stopping the National Convention of the APC.
The judge argued that a political party cannot be sued by its member.
Justice Kawu relied on a recent supreme court judgment (Aguma Vs APC), to conclude his ruling.
