Nigerian striker and Barcelona Femini forward, Asisat Oshoala has launched a football academy for girls.
The Asisat Oshoala Academy in partnership with Nike and Women Win will be based in Lagos and is aimed at improving access to sports and education for young girls.
The striker made the announcement on her social media pages.
She wrote, “I am proud to announce the launch of the Asisat Oshoala Academy in partnership with @nikefootball and @Women_Win.
“The football academy is an initiative that will build upon my mission of providing access to sports and education for young girls in our community. #NewProject”.
