Soji Ajibola, Ibadan
Eldest daughter of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Revd Mrs Tola Oyediran, is dead. She was 79 years old.
Revd Oyediran died in the early hours of Friday in Ibadan, Oyo State.
She was the immediate past Chairman of the African Newspapers of Nigeria, publishers of the Tribune titles.
She was married to the former Vice Chancellor, University of Ibadan, Prof Oyediran.
She is survived by her husband, children and grandchildren
