The Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) driver, Andrew Nice Omininikoron, who allegedly murdered a 22-year-old fashion designer, Oluwabamise Ayanwola, will this Tuesday (today) be arraigned before a Lagos High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) area of the state.
The suspect, it was learnt, will be arraigned before Justice Sherifat Sonaike on a four-count charge of conspiracy, murder, and two counts of rape.
The arraignment follows legal advice from the office of the Director of Public Prosecution, Dr Jide Martins, recommending the prosecution of the BRT driver.
Bamise had boarded a BRT bus going to Oshodi at about 7pm at Chevron Bus-stop, Ajah, on February 26, and got missing.
He corpse was later discovered some weeks later around Ebute Ero area of Lagos by an unidentified man who informed the Ebute Ero Police Station about the discovery.
Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) later arrested the 47-year-old BRT driver where he was hiding at Ososa, Ogun State.
