Bandits have set free 35 persons kidnapped three weeks ago at Keke B Millennium City, Kaduna State.
Gunmen suspected to be bandits had on Monday July 25, 2022, abducted 35 residents of Kaduna Millenium City.
Since then, nothing was heard about the victims, as their relatives made frantic efforts to secure their release from captivity.
The bandits, however, on Saturday, released 35 of the 36 abducted victims.
It was learnt that one of the victims was held back by the bandits because of his family’s inability to meet their demands for two motorcycles before they’ll let him go.
But it was gathered that the sum of N2.5million was collected by the bandits as ransom for the release of the victims.
