Big Brother Naija season 9 runner-up, Wanni, recently shared why she believes she came out victorious in the reality show, despite not taking the top prize.
Recall that Wanni and her twin sister, Handi, entered the competition together as a duo. However, when the pairing rule was removed, Handi was evicted, leaving Wanni to compete solo.
She made it all the way to the finale, finishing second, while Kellyrae claimed the winner’s spot.
In a chat with Pulse, Wanni expressed that, in her heart, she still feels like a winner.
“For me, I feel like I won the show, because I achieved everything I went there for. I came to the show for three things: brand promotion, growth and friendship,” she said.
